Mr. Lalaguna earned his Bachelor of Science in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis, in 1999, graduating with honors. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2002. That same year, The State Bar of California admitted him to practice.
